The company delivers this by building global teams capable of identifying all potential candidates, wherever they are in the world.
Sharpstream has enjoyed 52% growth year-on-year since its creation in 1999. The organisation is incorporated in Europe and North America and, in early 2008, expanded its global offering with the opening of an office in Shanghai.
The company employs over 50 executives who between them boast 25 languages and 20 nationalities. Its dedicated in-house research and consulting team is immersed in the life sciences sector benefiting clients by its ability to anticipate demand for expertise in all areas from research through to commerce. Sharpstream is proud of the success it has achieved in different industries, geographies and levels within the life sciences sector.
This success is due in part to its significant investment in in-house training. Its executives undertake 12 days’ training a year – up to three times the industry norm – creating a working environment of continual improvement.
To date Sharpstream’s activity has been concentrated in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccines and medical devices industries, securing executive and middle management candidates for roles across the entire value chain including research, clinical/medical, marketing/commercial, as well as in niche areas such as health economics, pricing and reimbursement and business intelligence.
