Such training will include: staff/people management, client account management, assignment management, resource planning, strategic revenue achievement (desk management).

For an individual with considerable sales experience within the medical devices industry who is looking for a career change in the this year, Sharpstream Life Sciences offers a fast-track Trainee Recruiter program, which includes an intensive 6 month course that will ensure that they are equipped with the skills and industry knowledge to provide our clients with the highest level of quality service.

Throughout the process you will be provided with guidance from your Team Leader and supportive team of Consultants and Researchers. Training will be delivered by both internal experts who have extensive experience within the industry and external trainers.
